Were you or are you being discriminated against at your workplace because of your age, race, religion, gender, national origin or other reason? Are you being singled out for worse treatment than your similarly situated colleagues?

Discrimination because of age, race, religion, gender, or national origin violates both Federal and State law and carries significant penalties. Employers are expected to treat people with the proper respect, and obey laws aimed at preventing discrimination. Discrimination claims are often heard by the EEOC or the California DFEH.

Discrimination claims are often difficult to prove. We can evaluate your situation, determine if you have a valid claim, and if so, advise you about how to proceed so as to maximize compensation for harm done. When the harm done to the employee due to the employer's discriminatory motive is serious, it is reasonable to expect that employer to make amends for the harm caused. We represent parties in EEOC and in DFEH hearings, ensuring that they receive a thorough and fair investigation into their claim.

WE ARE EXPERIENCED  IN EXAMINING CLAIMS, EVALUATING CASES AND DETERMINING A RANGE OF FAIR COMPENSATION.

DISCRIMINATION IN THE WORKPLACE
Discrimination can take many forms. The Civil Rights Act of 1964, along with subsequent legislation and case law, has expanded the protections available to employees. Employers cannot discriminate on the basis of race, sex, national origin, gender, pregnancy, marital status and other attributes that are considered to be inalienable rights in the ensuring of equal treatment in our country. Violation of civil rights in the workplace carries with it the risk of serious penalties.
